This project involved the phased renovation of a 75,000 sq. ft. hotel with five floors of 150 guestrooms and a main level featuring a lobby, conference center, outdoor lounge and dining areas, and a poolside lounge. The renovation was completed in six phases, with each floor requiring a four-day turnaround. The hotel remained operational throughout the process, necessitating minimal disruption to guests.
Due to the project's scale, all furnishings and décor, including hundreds of lamps, artwork pieces, and furniture, were delivered at once rather than in phased shipments. This required our team to meticulously organize and pull the appropriate products from storage for each phase, an immense logistical challenge.
Each guestroom featured at least three pieces of artwork, all wall mounted with security hardware, a precise and complex installation process. Additionally, a granite tabletop, originally intended to be delivered in one piece, arrived in two sections, requiring careful seaming on site. Throughout the renovation, our crew maintained strict noise control and worked with heightened care to ensure guest comfort in the hotel.
